FAQs
To make it easier for customers to try out Pimax, we have significantly reduced the trial price by dividing the total price into a "device fee" and a "software usage fee . " The device fee includes an unconditional return and refund period, so you can try it out and then decide to permanently purchase it.
Crystal Super comes with a 14-day free trial, during which you can try out Crystal Super at no cost. After 14 days, you will need to pay a monthly membership fee to continue using it.
Generally, Pimax Prime membership fees are non-refundable. However, in special circumstances, the Pimax support team may provide individual support, so please contact support for more information.
If you are late with your payment, your Pimax Play software will become unavailable. Once payment is complete, your software will resume normal use.
If you miss a payment, an unpaid monthly fee will accumulate and you will need to clear the outstanding balance before you can resume using Pimax Play.
