Try the headset for 14 days and get your money back if you're not satisfied. This policy is designed to give you flexibility. You can pay for Prime in one lump sum or over 24 installments.

Yes. After 24 months (or if you paid for Prime in one lump sum), the headset is yours for good and you won't have to pay any subscription fees after that. Your subscription is tied to your headset, so even if you sell your headset, your subscription will not be reset.

If you pay for Prime upfront, this won't happen. However, if you choose monthly payments and miss a payment, your Pimax Play software will stop working until you make the payment.

  • Again, a 24-month plan is an option, and you can avoid this situation by choosing to pay in full.
  • If you wish to pay for the remaining months during the contract period, you can pay the difference in one lump sum, but in this case the discount (10% for Light, 12% for Super and Dream Air) will not be applied.
  • However, all headsets (including Pimax Prime) are transferable up to two times within the contract period.

If a technical issue occurs within the warranty period due to no fault of the user, Pimax will replace the headset free of charge, with all costs including shipping covered by Pimax.

  • First, you pay the basic fee ($1,199) and receive the headset.
  • If you're happy with your headset, you can choose Pimax Prime. You can pay in full and receive a 12% discount, or choose Prime during your 14-day trial period or request a refund.
  • Refunds are only available within the trial period. When you receive a refund, the cost of Pimax Prime will also be refunded.
